MessageFlowSms was born from a simple observation: businesses in Ghana were struggling to communicate effectively with their customers at scale. Existing solutions were either too complex, too expensive, or simply not reliable enough for mission-critical communications.
Our founders experienced this firsthand while working with Ghanaian businesses. They saw how even the largest enterprises struggled with basic communication challenges - sending appointment reminders, order confirmations, and security alerts via SMS, Voice, Email and WhatsApp.
